Kilpatrick Townsend Honored at the 15th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards

At The Global M&A Network's 15th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards, Kilpatrick Townsend was awarded “Special Situation M&A Deal of the Year (Small Market)” for the Sale of Masten Space Systems to Astrobotic Technology, Inc. The awards were presented on July 19th, 2023, at a networking gala and dinner at the Metropolitan Club of New York.
